RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Flovrez is an Australian business based in Sydney, NSW. All purchases are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes items you no longer want, ordered by mistake, or that do not fit your expectations. All sales are final in these cases.


2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described. These rights under the ACL cannot be excluded, even for sale items, and apply for a reasonable time after purchase.


3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Do not send any item back without contacting us first.

- Include: order number, name, and clear photos or video showing the issue.

We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.


Unapproved returns sent to us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.


4. RETURN POSTAGE

For confirmed faulty items, Flovrez will cover reasonable return postage within Australia. Please keep your post office receipt and we will reimburse you via bank transfer or PayPal.


For change-of-mind requests (which we do not accept), any postage costs would be at your expense.


5. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, or send a replacement.

- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.


6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is faulty and you prefer a different piece, please request a refund and place a new order.
