All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately, but colours may vary slightly by screen. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Once accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

All content on flovrez.com — including images, logos, designs and text — is owned by Flovrez and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

5. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flovrez will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

You agree not to misuse our site, transmit viruses, or attempt to breach security. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of NSW.
