Flovrez ships from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

- Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $9.95 AUD – delivery in 2-7 business days.

- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75 AUD.

- Express Post available at checkout (1-3 business days, priced by Australia Post).

Tracking is provided for all orders.

3. INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship within Australia only.

4. DELAYS & LIABILITY

Delivery times are estimates. Once your order is handed to Australia Post, Flovrez is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the carrier. If your parcel is lost, contact us at flovrezteam@gmail.com and we will open a claim with Australia Post on your behalf.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply.
